Convergence Server facilitates grouping employees and training materials which allows management and supervisors to more efficiently deliver standardized content to workers. Our LMS is a powerful tool that will not only streamline the delivery of content, but also increase accountability across the workforce by tracking individual and group training results.

Employees
Employees receive training that is served to them under a pre-configured training plan. A training plan is made up of training objects which can be any combination of computer-based courses, task-based activities, classroom training and meetings, and various documents such as Microsoft Word or PowerPoint.
